Position Overview
This individual is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and developing strategies specific to Paylocity’s diverse talent attraction & retention efforts and outcomes.
 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition team members to create strategies to attract diverse talent. 
  • Develop relationships with top talent in market proactively (from conferences / referrals/ leads /networking) and share them with TA colleagues and or business leaders.
  • Partner and formulate strategies and execution plan to maximize our partnerships, brand awareness and relationships, through networking events and conferences. 
  • Head up diverse conference strategy and thus add value to overall TA conference strategy. 
  • Partner with TA leadership and TA colleagues to understand and address any DEIA concerns with regards to talent attraction. 
  • Recommend guidance related to opportunities, to address any diversity gaps when it comes to hiring talents.
  • Collaborate with our internal stakeholders and teams, to align with the broader Paylocity branding, strategy, and communication. 
  • Be a liaison and TA ambassador and voice, during internal DEIA initiatives and meetings.
  • Present strategies and results to TA leadership on outcomes and deliverables. 
  • Work closely with Director DEIA/CSR to understand Paylocity’s DEIA attraction and retention strategies and objectives
  • In collaboration with and oversight from Director DEIA/CSR, identify strategies to support company-wide attraction and retention programming.
  • Be a liaison and Talent Acquisition ambassador during internal DEIA initiatives and meetings. 
  • Identify significant diversity gaps relative to hiring practices.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and use this knowledge to help enhance and refine Paylocity’s talent attraction and retention approach. 

Required Education and Experience 

  • Minimum of 3 years Talent Acquisition background
  • DEI knowledge – In depth understanding of DEI principles, best practices, and challenges within corporate settings
  • Proven track record of successfully collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Current or previous experience in engaging and influencing senior leadership and other key stakeholders. 
  • Strategic and analytical thinker
  • Strong presentation and written communication skills
  • Must be able to demonstrate strong business acumen.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrable experience managing deadlines for deliverables.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while keeping the needs of the business partners top of mind.
  • Strong organization and planning skills, proactively prioritizing critical work.
  • High degree of integrity and ability to work with confidential information.
  • High school diploma

This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position is $58,900 - $90,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed. Base pay information is based on market location.
