Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales to lead our Third-Party Administration (TPA) sales team. As the Director Sales TPA, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share. You will be working closely with our TPA executive team to ensure that our sales targets are met or exceeded.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives 

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders 

- Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, providing mentorship, training, and guidance 

- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management on sales activities, performance, and trends 

- Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts 

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that sales strategies align with business objectives and market trends 

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth 


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field 
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Sales management
  • 2+ of TPA industry experience is preferred

This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position is $89,100 - $165,500/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for our variable commission plan and an annual restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed. Base pay information is based on market location.
