Position Overview
We are seeking a results-oriented Product Manager II (PM2) to join our Workflows team. In this role, you will drive the development and execution of our long-term product roadmap, manage complex migrations in collaboration with the Group Product Manager, and oversee the sunsetting of legacy solutions. You will work across our wider product group to ensure workflows are seamlessly integrated and aligned to meet customer needs. Success in this role requires data-driven decision-making, strong organizational skills, and exceptional communication abilities to coordinate efforts across diverse teams.

- Experience with HCM software is desired but not required.
Key Outcomes in First Six Months
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across sales, operations, HR, and leadership groups while establishing ownership of the workflows roadmap for your team.
- Deliver measurable improvements by owning key initiatives within the workflows space.
- Make significant progress on migration efforts and initiate a well-structured sunset plan for legacy solutions.
- Develop a clear, data-driven roadmap aligned with company goals for the next 12-18 months.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably with cross-platform or enterprise-level solutions.
- Data Proficiency: Strong ability to analyze and interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Technical Knowledge: Experience with system migrations and product sunsetting
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate across teams.
- Organization: Highly organized with a track record of successfully managing complex projects and competing priorities.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive and resourceful in overcoming challenges and driving results.
- Agile Experience: Experience working in agile development environments.

- Knowledge and experience of platforms.

This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position is $117,300-217,800/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here.
