Position Overview
The Manager of Sales Enablement is responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance our sales team’s performance, utilization of our technologies, and help drive revenue growth. The Manager will work closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Training, and Product and Tech to develop and implement sales enablement programs, tools and training initiatives that align with company business objectives.

- Develop and implement a sales enablement strategy and communications to drive utilization of the tools, and guide account executives to available “how to” resources and best practices, promoting a self-service approach and decrease inbound ticket volumes.
- Will manage a team responsible for supporting sales via inbound tickets and enablement of systems such as Salesforce.com, CPQ, and GTM technologies.
- Will act as the primary point of escalation for the sales organization re: system issues that are preventing users from utilizing our systems.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of sales enablement programs through feedback, data analysis, and measurement of key performance indicators.
- Optimize GTM technology utilization through training, system integrations, and Salesforce.com enhancements. This includes, but is not limited to Salesforce.com, CPQ, Territory Planning, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Salesloft, and similar GTM applications.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in sales enablement. Recommend innovative tools, platforms, and methodologies to enhance the effectiveness of our sales enablement efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and training to identify sales enablement needs and develop tailored programs and resources.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to establish sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting and analysis to track the effectiveness and utilization of sales enablement initiatives.
- Conduct ongoing assessments of sales team competencies and identify areas for improvement. Develop and deliver targeted coaching and training programs to address skill gaps.
- Support the development and maintenance of sales collateral, playbooks, and workflows that support the sales process and enhance the effectiveness of our sales teams.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field
- At least 3 years experience in a managerial capacity; leading a sales enablement or sales operations team
- Experience with GTM technologies including ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and sales engagement tools (e.g. Outreach/Salesloft), and content management systems.
- Proficient with Salesforce.com, including standard sales cloud objects (Lead, Contact, Account, Opportunity), CPQ, and Quote Configuration and integrations with GTM applications.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful sales enablement strategies and programs.
- Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and tools, with the ability to align enablement initiatives with the sales cycle.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence sales teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to collect and interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve sales effectiveness.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop sales enablement team members.

This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position is $93,000 - $145,000 /yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed. Base pay information is based on market location.
