Position Overview

Lead the development and execution of strategies and programs that foster long-term relationships and ensure the highest levels of satisfaction for our largest clients. Drive efforts to continuously strengthen our client partnerships, enhance client experiences and expand our referenceable client base. Foster and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and clients.  


Primary Responsibilities

  • Launch and maintain client programs to include driving client recruiting, leading and facilitating events and meetings, and coordinating with Product & Tech and our Sales, Marketing, and Events teams for execution
  • Establish a structured cadence for regular, meaningful touchpoints with key decision-makers within client organizations. Engage directly with large enterprise clients, in partnership with Client Service, for specific situations including renewals, save campaigns, win back campaigns, etc.
  • Proactively identify issues and collaborate with internal teams to find solutions quickly and effectively, focused on deepening client trust and ensuring a positive experience
  • Develop a program to regularly engage our clients via specific industry, regional, local, and/or virtual events; include a special set of engagements for our top revenue-generating clients
  • Drive Operations efforts associated with key industry events, coordinating and collaborating with Sales & Marketing teams 
  • Partner with client advocacy team to target and recruit client references through our Client Services team
  • Conduct formal executive exit interviews for all large enterprise client losses
  • Help maintain our most valued client reference relationships across large enterprise clients.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the HCM industry
  • Working knowledge of Paylocity’s product solutions is preferred
  • Deep understanding of customer lifecycle management, customer engagement strategies, and loyalty program design
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze complex data, draw actionable insights, and drive business outcomes
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively partner with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to establish relationships with client’s executives
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position is $121,500 - $200,000 /yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed. Base pay information is based on market location.
