Position Overview
The People Analytics Solutions Partner plays a critical role in translating business needs into actionable analytical solutions. As a key member of the People Analytics team, this role serves as a liaison between People Analytics and key stakeholders—primarily HR Business Partners (HRBPs), with additional support to cross-functional stakeholders including internal PMO and Talent teams.
This role is designed for someone who can quickly synthesize business questions, gather and structure data requirements, and partner with technical and design leads to accelerate solution delivery. You will bridge the gap between business strategy and data-driven insights, ensuring clarity, speed, and scalability of the analytics solutions we provide.
Primary Responsibilities

- Partner closely with HRBPs and other stakeholders to deeply understand business priorities and frame those into actionable data problems.
- Own the intake and requirements-gathering process for high-impact people analytics projects.
- Lead conversations to clarify metrics, definitions, and required dimensions with a business-facing lens.
- Build credibility and alignment with stakeholders through clear, timely, and proactive communication.
- Translate business needs into data requirements, flows, and user storyboards for the analytics team.
- Work closely with the team’s Technical Lead and UI/UX Lead to ensure aligned delivery across logic, structure, and user experience.
- Validate final outputs to ensure accuracy, usability, and business relevance prior to release.
- Identify opportunities to streamline repeatable solutions and influence scalable design practices.
- Develop working familiarity with the underlying data model, including fact and dimension relationships, star schema design, and time intelligence.
- Act as a first-line reviewer to ensure outputs reflect correct application of business logic and requirements.
- Read and understand R code used in the team’s automated workflows to troubleshoot or validate steps when needed (writing R code is not required but is a plus).
- Serve as a partner to the team’s senior data architect for solution documentation and quality assurance.
Education and Experience
Required:
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including at least 4+ years in people analytics, workforce strategy, HR consulting, or a data-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field required. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven ability to engage business leaders and frame data-informed narratives
- Strong understanding of people data domains: turnover, engagement, headcount, promotions, performance
- Familiarity with data modeling concepts (fact/dimensions, time series analysis, star schema)
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret R code
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative delivery environment
- High attention to detail and strong project coordination skills
Preferred:
- Experience with Power BI or another enterprise analytics platform
- Previous exposure to working with technical teams (ETL, data engineering, or data science)
- Understanding of DAX or R scripting logic
- Experience supporting complex HR projects like calibration, job architecture, or succession planning
Physical requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods: The role requires sitting at a desk or workstation for long periods, typically 7-8 hours a day.
- Use of computer and phone systems: The employee must be able to operate a computer, use phone systems, and type. This includes using multiple software programs and inquiries simultaneously.

The base pay range for this position is $84,900 - $135,000 /yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here.
