The Area Vice President of Product Management for CFO & CIO Products is a critical senior leadership role responsible for shaping and executing product strategy across our finance and technology portfolios while leading a global distributed team. This leader will oversee a high-performing team to drive the full product development lifecycle—from ideation through commercialization, including market fit validation, pricing strategy, and ongoing optimization.
This position requires a visionary and strategic product executive who can blend deep customer empathy with operational excellence and commercial savvy. You will lead cross-functional collaboration across business units, engineering, marketing, sales, and services to ensure our CFO and CIO product suites deliver exceptional customer value while driving sustainable business growth.
You’ll be accountable for setting long-term strategic direction, building scalable teams, and fostering a global product culture grounded in innovation, execution, and talent development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead global product management efforts for CFO and CIO solutions, including spend management, expense management, corporate cards, asset management, ensuring the products appropriately manage risk and compliance.
- Own and evolve the end-to-end product lifecycle, with a strong focus on market fit, pricing strategy, go-to-market readiness, and long-term profitability.
- Drive product vision and strategy for a diverse customer base, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and emerging market trends.
- Build and lead high-performing product teams across multiple geographies, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Champion commercialization efforts by aligning product delivery with market dynamics and customer needs; deeply understand competitive positioning and customer segmentation.
- Serve as a key voice in senior leadership discussions, helping inform and influence strategic investments, portfolio prioritization, and resource allocation.
- Act as a catalyst for cross-functional alignment with R&D, finance, operations, sales, and marketing teams.
- Create and manage 18–36-month strategic roadmaps and OKRs to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management, Finance, or a related field; MBA strongly preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in product management, with 8+ years in senior leadership roles managing organizations of 50+ team members across global locations.
- Proven success in leading product portfolios in Financial Services, or Enterprise SaaS sectors, with specific experience in either CFO and CIO domains.
- Demonstrated success launching and managing new SaaS products, including go-to-market strategy, pricing models, and lifecycle management.
- Strong executive presence, with the ability to operate effectively at the C-suite level and influence enterprise-wide decisions.

The base pay range for this position is $250,000 - $350,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here.
