Position Overview
The Senior TA Partner Campus Recruitment, International will execute upon the company’s College Graduate and Internship program, for selected US and International geographies. This role will play a critical role in enhancing employment brand and positioning Paylocity as the employer-of-choice on college campuses.
Primary Responsibilities

- Partner closely with Paylocity TA leadership and internal partners to drive key Talent Acquisition initiatives that affect the entire organization
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership to align campus recruitment strategies with workforce planning and early-career talent needs.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to discuss candidate qualifications and placement
- Develop and execute key sourcing strategies to attract talent; organize, plan and attend campus recruiting activities at schools and in other venues targeting student talent
- Maintain organized, accurate records of campus hiring activity, candidate pipelines, event participation, and university partnerships using ATS, CRM, and spreadsheets.
- Track and analyze key campus recruiting metrics (e.g., event ROI, offer acceptance rates, diversity mix, conversion from intern to full-time) to drive data-informed hiring strategies.
- Partner with universities and student organizations to build strong pipelines for internships and entry-level roles, while capturing and tracking engagement effectiveness.
- Support planning and logistics for campus events, ensuring data and materials are well-organized for post-event follow-up, performance analysis, and talent tracking.
- Participate in the development of recruitment strategies, advertising campaigns and image- building projects, while meeting regional compliance standards and adapting to cultural, market specific, and candidate engagement nuances across diverse geographies.
- Identify best practices and innovative approaches by networking with other organizations and in relationships with career services
- Develop innovative and creative ways to attract the most diverse candidates
- Ensure campus marketing, collateral, and communication is in place for onsite career events
- Manage the pre-onboarding process for recent college graduates and interns, and plan regular activities to encourage consistent communication and increase employee engagement
- Primary liaison for career services / student associations to the company
- Serve as a subject matter expert on college relations programs at both the regular full-time hire and intern levels
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in recruiting for a wide range of positions in a fast-paced environment
- 2+ years specifically focused on campus or early career hiring, both in the US and internationally.
- Demonstrated excellence in driving initiatives and outcomes in campus recruitment
- Experience building relationships with universities, career services, and student organizations, including representing an employer at campus events.
- Strong skills in interpersonal communication, writing, and organization
- Results-focused and detail-oriented
- Highly knowledgeable on a wide variety of Talent Acquisition and HR concepts, practices and procedures
- Strong computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and ATS systems)
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal) is a strong must have

This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position is $76,200 - $105,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here.
