We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical Marketing Operations Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience supporting the technology, data, and processes that power B2B marketing and sales programs.
In this role, you’ll work closely with teams across Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Events, and Web to support campaign execution, marketing automation, reporting, and data quality initiatives. You’ll gain hands-on experience working in platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and SalesLoft while helping build and analyze active marketing and sales campaigns.
You’ll have the opportunity to work with real campaign and performance data, support programs such as email campaigns, landing pages, forms, webinars, and events, and help identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns in HubSpot, including building and quality-checking emails, landing pages, forms, audiences, workflows, and other campaign assets.
- Assist with the setup and execution of webinars, events, and other marketing programs.
- Assist with campaign reporting and analysis to understand engagement, lead generation, meetings, pipeline, and other business outcomes.
- Analyze campaign and cadence performance to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for testing or optimization.
- Support database management and data quality initiatives, including list cleanup, data audits, enrichment, segmentation, and maintaining accurate marketing data.
- Assist with building, updating, and quality-checking SalesLoft cadences used by Sales teams.
- Help create presentations and reporting that communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Participate in campaign, performance, and project review meetings with cross-functional teams.
- Document campaign processes, operational workflows, learnings, and best practices to improve team efficiency and consistency.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field with a graduation date of December 2027 or Spring 2028
- Familiarity with or a strong eagerness to learn marketing automation, marketing technology, analytics, and project management tools.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong attention to detail with an interest in maintaining data and campaign accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly document findings.
Preferred Skills
- Strong communication skills with an analytical mindset, curious nature, and positive attitude.
- Previous internship, coursework, or experience in marketing, analytics, technology, or operations.
- Familiarity with platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, SalesLoft, or similar GTM technologies.
- Experience with Excel or Google Sheets, including basic data analysis.
- Familiarity with email marketing, landing pages, forms, marketing automation, or reporting.
- Experience analyzing marketing or sales performance data and identifying trends or insights.
- Experience creating presentations, reports, or dashboards.

Pay: $22/hr
